Bronzed Salmon In A Caper Butter Wine Sauce


2 6oz. salmon fillets
1 Tablespoon The Original seasoning
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1 Tablespoon butter
4 Tablespoons seafood stock
2 Tablespoons capers, drained


Heat a large skillet over med-high heat for one minute. Add the canola oil to the pan and swirl to coat. In the meantime, season the salmon fillets with The Original seasoning. Add the seasoned salmon fillets to the skillet and bronze for one minute per side. Lower the heat to MED-LOW and continue to cook until just done, turning often. Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter, seafood stock and capers. Return the pan to the heat and simmer until butter melts and sauce thickens (about 30 seconds). Serve immediately.
