sweet & sour pork


1 6 oz. Pork Tenderloin (?-inch dice)
? Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon The Original Instant Gourmet
2 Oz. Peanut Oil
? Cup Pineapple (?-inch dice)
? Cup Raisins
? Cup Yellow Onion (diced)
? Cup Dried Apricots (?-inch dice)
? Cup Duck Sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Green Onions as a garnish
White Rice ? as side item


Season the pork pieces with the Instant Gourmet. Place the seasoned pork pieces in the flour and coat evenly. Shake off excess flour. Heat a large skillet over med-high heat for one minute. Add the peanut oil, and swirl to coat. Add the pork and saut? until golden. Add the pineapple, raisins, onions, and apricots and saut? for 3 minutes. Add the lemon juice and duck sauce. Let simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onion. Pairs great with white rice.
