Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Mango Peach Sauce


1 Pork Tenderloin, sliced into ? inch medallions
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons (or to taste) The Original Instant Gourmet
1 Bottle Mango-Peach Chili Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste


Heat your grill to med-high. Meanwhile, rub the pork tenderloin medallions with the olive oil and season to taste with the Instant Gourmet seasoning. Grill the pork tenderloin medallions for 3-4 minutes per side, or until center is just done. Brush the pork medallions with the Mango Peach Chili sauce and immediately remove from grill and place on serving plates. Pour some additional sauce on the side for dipping.
