easy chicken piccata

4 Boneless chicken breasts
1 Tablespoon The Original - Instant Gourmet
1/2 Cup flour
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
Dry white wine
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Lemon slices


Slice chicken in half lengthwise and pound until thin. Combine "The Original" and flour in a plastic bag and gently coat chicken. Add oil to skillet. Saut? garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken to skillet and brown each side for 4 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm. Saut? mushrooms. Add wine and cook for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and pour over chicken. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
